Meetings are generally held on the first Thursday of every month although due to school holidays there are exceptions. Please see the meeting calendar for currently scheduled meetings. Meetings are held in Room 4 unless expected attendance necessitates use of the Gym. Agendas are posted a minimum of 72 hours prior to the meeting in compliance with the Brown Act. The agendas are posted outside the district office, the Rancho Santa Fe Post Office, the Rancho Santa Fe Association Office and on the School Board Website.
