Special Education

The Rancho Santa Fe School District is committed to providing high-quality, comprehensive services to students with special needs and their families. We strive to provide instruction in the least restrictive environment with access to the general education curriculum based on each student’s Individualized Educational Program (IEP).

The Rancho Santa Fe School District and associated community agencies ensure that all individuals with disabilities 0 -21 years of age, regardless of the severity of their disability, who live in the jurisdiction shall be identified, located, and assessed.  This will be accomplished through the use of a continuous child find system procedure that addresses the relationships among identification, screening, referral, assessment, planning, implementation, review, and triennial assessment.  If you suspect that your child has a disability, please reach out to the School Principal.

For more information regarding the Special Education program at the Rancho Santa Fe School District, please call the school at 858-756-1141 and you will be directed to one of our staff members.
