Tutorial

All Middle School students participate in Tutorial third period on "A" days.  Students have the same teacher for tutorial all year.  During this period, teachers have a chance to mentor their tutorial students by checking on recent grades and homework completion, and discussing school successes and challenges.  Tutorial teachers have access to all performance data for their students in the Canvas™ learning management system and the PowerSchool student information system.  Students also have the opportunity during tutorial to go to any of their other teachers' classrooms for additional assistance on classwork and homework such as complex Math, Physical Science, or Writing assignments.
